When will the money be credited to my account?

Total $28.44 for eGift Visa Virtual account.

They are a fraud! They never sent me any emails nor an eGift Visa Virtual card delivered to my email address larochejryaneljay@gmail.com electronically. I talked twice to the Merchant and them that I already disputed the transaction regarding my eGift Visa. I am Archbishop Yanel Jay Laroche Jr. really.
